The Oleosetin family, a small family business in the northern part of the province of Cáceres, Extremadura, has chosen to value its roots and traditions. With ingenuity, entrepreneurship, and passion, they have achieved six harvests of olives from centenary olive trees of the Manzanilla Cacereña variety, cared for ecologically in a mountainous area with a mild and rainy climate.

They stand out as one of the few OLEOTECAS in Spain and the first in Extremadura, offering more than forty-five extra virgin olive oils (AOVEs) from different varieties. They have their own certified organic mill with a capacity to produce 1,000 kg/hour. Additionally, they have created a tasting school to spread the culture of oil.

In the field of olive oil tourism, they offer tourist experiences that blend history, tradition, and modernity, always maintaining principles of sustainability and respect for nature. Their accommodation, Casa Tenerías, has two apartments, El'unu and El'otru, designed to provide comfort and hospitality, allowing visitors to feel at home while enjoying nature.
